The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME and Corporate sector for Monfor, particularly in the realm of foreign exchange and payment solutions.
About You
You will be a "hunter," spearheading the acquisition of new corporate business through direct sales. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

Responsibilities
·Research, identify, and prospect businesses with international money movement needs.
·Promote Monfor's value proposition, generating new business revenue exceeding agreed targets.
·Manage the entire sales cycle, from initiation through compliance to onboarding trading customers.
·Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through effective networking and presenting comprehensive solutions for international payment and Forex needs.
·Engage in cold calling, telemarketing, and client research and analysis.
·Ensure accurate information is recorded on the CRM system, encompassing all client conversations and communications.
·Work towards and monitor agreed KPIs.
·Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
·Sales experience is desirable but not essential (sales training will be provided).
·Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
·Strong B2B networking and presentation skills.
·Proficient time and task management, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
·Experience with CRM systems.
·Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
·Track record of exceeding projected KPI targets.
