- Installation, configuration, maintenance and optimization of Windows servers and associated services
- Ensuring the availability, performance and security of the Windows Server environment
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and problems in the Windows Server area
- Central assignment of authorizations on Windows servers via group policies
- Advice and support for other departments in the planning, implementation, monitoring and use of Windows Server solutions
- Creating and updating documentation, guidelines and standards for Windows Server
- Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a Windows Server Administrator or in a comparable position
- Good knowledge and experience with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PowerShell, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
- Certifications in Windows Server or Microsoft are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, communication skills and customer orientation
