Our client's success hinges on making media and creative fit for progress.

    We have had an incredible growth rate in a short period of time and are looking for a sales lead to sustain and advance on this momentum. As the Sales Manager, you will be leading the growth of the agency by owning the end-to-end sales process, our sales CRM system and advancing the agency's footprint of client engagements.

    What will you be doing?

    • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop a sales strategy, target audience segmentation plan, and go-to-market strategy
    • Research companies, identify key contacts for engagement, and strategically target the ideal client profile
    • Ensure that leads meet strict quality criteria and execute a rigorous qualification process
    • Generate new leads through outreach, acting as a guardian of our brand, engendering a professional and consultative approach to relationship building with prospective clients
    • Meet sales activity targets through active comms including emails, calls, and relationship nurturing
    • Build and maintain relationships with relevant communities to unlock target leads and be a trusted advisor to your prospects
    • Update and maintain Hub Spot CRM sales tool, report on the pipeline regularly, and be accountable for meeting the new business revenue goals
    • Schedule meetings with prospective clients, secure the right stakeholders' diaries to attend, prepare all attendees for the meetings, and share briefing packs
    • Maintain proficiency in market changes, our products, target buyers, product positioning, benefits, and features

    Experience we'd like you to have

    • Track record in end to end sales gained within a small agency, technology provider or relevant industry company
    • Previous experience and knowledge of the media landscape, with a broad understanding of the industry
    • Motivated by a passion for diversity, inclusion, sustainability, equality, and ethical practice
    • Knowledge of sales and CRM tools, HubSpot experience is a must
    • Have used research tools in a commercial environment such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Pearl Finders
    • Enjoy working in a start-up environment setup. You can handle the pace and ambiguity and are able to prioritise your workload accordingly
