    Job Title: Operations Manager

    Location: London, UK – In office

    Terms: Permanent- Full Time

    Requirements: Will require infrequent travel

    Salary: £28k-£30K - negotiation depending on experience

    Starting date: Needs to be able to start immediately

    Upcoming: needs to be available for travel to Croatia from May 15- 19

    The Opportunity: As Charter Operations Executive, you will join the Operations team and

    work closely with them to ensure the smooth running of every stage of each yacht charter,

    from aftersales to pre-departure. You'll have a vast array of responsibilities that will play an

    integral part in supporting our company across many departments.

    You will have advanced administration skills and be proactive with strong attention to detail.

    Whilst managing multiple priorities, this role will offer development opportunities and the

    chance to work across a business with a supportive and collaborative culture.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):


    • Ensure excellence for guest experience across the board at all stages


    • Advise clients on requirements for licensing, documentation, and arrival

    procedure


    • Address client inquiries and requests regarding their upcoming travel


    • Organise client transfers and any changes in arrangements


    • Liaise between client and supplier for the fulfilment of all legal

    requirements


    • Ensure accuracy of booking and documentation by brokers, initiating action

    to resolve issues when needed


    • Compile new deal financial data to accurately present current revenue


    • Prepare and reconcile commission invoicing


    • Procure supplies for office when needed

    Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

    Essential Skills:


    • Fluency in English required; a second language is a plus


    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and time management


    • Self-motivated


    • Aptitude to have a strong and positive influence on others and establish

    professional credibility


    • The ability to handle difficult and demanding situations with a professional,

    balanced approach (i.e. peak workloads, time constraints, organisational

    shortcomings, interpersonal tensions)


    • Knowledge of license requirements to sail in various countries


    • Experience working on Xero and Hubspot


    • Knowledge of the operational workings of the yacht charter industry

    Experience:


    • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience


    • Previous experience in the yachting industry preferred - not essential, but

    certainly must have a passion for travel

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's Degree in business management, administration, hospitality, or

    another relevant field preferred


    • Relevant work experience may be substituted for educational experience.
