- Manage the work planning of the in-boutique workshop from the 3 London boutiques (Harrods, Selfridges, New Bond Street)
- Follow-up the clients files in cooperation with the boutique staff and the jeweller/watchmaker
- Manage the archiving the closed files
- Create and send the estimates, also explain the estimates to the Sales Staff
- Monitor the Stock of spare parts, leather straps, CS accessories, prepare orders and follow-up with deliveries and transfers.
- Process a Stock count
- Be responsible for the stock of client pieces kept in the boutique
- Follow-up the repairs of stock pieces in coordination with the stock administrator of the boutique
- Manage the flow between entities
- Perform a Quality Control of the pieces entering and leaving the workshop
- Monitor the activity of the in-boutique workshop
- Document a dashboard with specific KPIs on the repair volumes and leadtimes by boutique, by category

What do we expect from you?
The Customer Service Administrator coordinates the back office Client Services activity in the boutique and boutique workshop (which covers repairs for all 3 UK boutiques), ensuring all administration of files from registration to payment, including follow up, control and analysis. You will be representing the Maison's values at the highest standards.
