    As partof the Commercial Transformation team, our Business Analysts enable effectivedecision-making around strategic change and work to ensure the right solutionis delivered to the business.

    Ourbusiness cases are founded on accurate root cause analysis, supported bydetailed impact analysis, and feature evidence-based benefits measurement – soyou'll enjoy exposure to all of these areas across a wide area of Draxactivities.

    Thatmeans you'll be developing robust business cases founded on accurate root causeanalysis, supported by detailed impact analysis, and evidence-based benefitsmeasurement.

    Workingwith the business and IT you'll analyse solution options and recommend the bestsolution for the business, ensuring the right solution is delivered by definingdetailed business requirements and modelling the as-is and to-be states,including processes, information, systems and people.

    You'll supportthe design of the solution by defining solution requirements and, if an ITsolution is involved, validating agree UI designs and acceptance criteria.

    You'llcommunicate and champion both stakeholder and regulatory requirements, all toensure change is delivered effectively across the business – ultimatelysupporting stakeholders to both understand and measure benefit realisation inorder to validate change success.

    And witha good grasp on the big picture, you'll help prioritise the overall changeportfolio and strategic roadmap to ensure business value is delivered in acontrolled and targeted manner.

    With atrack record as a Business Analyst, you'll have a wide range of analysis skillsin your toolkit.

    You'll bea skilled communicator with keen listening skills, a collaborative relationshipbuilder, and have strong stakeholder management experience – able to manageconflicting priorities and be able to obtain a suitable agreement to moveforward.

    Organisedand structured, you'll be well versed in dealing with a wide range of projectdocumentation, keeping it up to date and relevant in a timely manner.

    Yourcapability to assimilate large volumes data and translate it into businessproblems, requirements and solutions will be fantastic – as will your abilityto then making recommendations based on that data, combined with yourunderstanding of stakeholder need.

    The teamis a busy one, working at pace in an often evolving environment, so you'll needto be adaptable and resilient, and enjoy working in a continual improvementenvironment.
