What you will be doing:

• Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customerfacing roles across the business._
• Arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services MOT's and repairs
• Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
• Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
• Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.

What we need from you:

• Full manual driving licence essential
• Previous experience of working within an automotive service department
• You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
