Description

As a HR Business Partner and part of our small, friendly HR & OD team, you will build critical relationships with your nominated management team(s) and assist the Director and Heads of Service to implement people management and change processes.

You'll also work collaboratively, providing expert advice and coaching on a variety of complex casework and employee relations issues.

You will be a HR generalist, ideally with a CIPD qualification and have plenty of experience under your belt.

You will be able to work under pressure, effectively advising and communicating on a variety of HR matters, demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.

You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of workforce planning and development, and an up-to-date understanding of detailed employment legislation.
