Customer Service / Credit Controller

Leamington

Are you currently working in a customer focused position, either in the office, retail or hospitality environment.

Would you like to put those customer service and relationship building skills to use in a finance position? We are working with a well-established,exciting and inspiring organisation based in Leamington Spa.

To recruit people into a credit control department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career within finance.

Paying £22000 to £24,000. With the opportunity to increase your salary further as you progress with the business.
25 days holiday + BH
Annualised hours allowing you to work additional hours per day and saving them up for extra holidays or additional money

You will be expected to:

Manage customers through the entire credit control process
Be responsible for debt collection, cash allocation and query resolution
Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business
Build strong relationships with customers and the company salesforce
Consolidate invoices
Deal with credits and recharges
Assist the credit control team with debt collections
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Possess excellent communication skills
Have previous experience in customer service, administration or similar industry.
