- Working closely with senior stakeholders, the wider management teams & the HR team to determine immediate needs and future hires throughout the business
- Identifying opportunities for growth or areas of risk and plan accordingly
- Proactively promote the brand to attract talent using a variety of different methods; job boards, LinkedIn, social media and company networks
- Support key projects including E,D&I
- Manage PSL and agency working relationships, working with the procurement team, ensure that agency terms are kept up to date
- On-boarding support for contractor and permanent hires
- Previous HR based recruitment experience across all levels
- A proven track record in delivering internal recruitment solutions
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), databases and in-house systems
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

Description
KM4HR are recruiting an immediately available Talent Advisor to join their client based in the Woking area on a 6-9 month FTC.
Own transport is essential due to location. The position will also be office based, 5 days per week.
As the Talent Advisor you will be responsible for managing company recruitment targets. You will also be involved with the attraction and retention efforts for the entire talent drive.
