- Lead and manage the project team, including project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Competitive salary between £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
