Description
Our client is seeeking a Service Desk Administraot to join their team on a permanet basis.

Duties will include.

  • Assist with scheduling engineers time and service visits
  • Ordering spare parts required for call backs and ensuring these are delivered to site/relevant engineer for call completion
  • Managing maintenance visits with both clients and engineers.
  • Provide Project Managers with completion paperwork
  • Creation and supply of relevant documentation where required
  • Liaising with sales team to provide service work quotes where applicable
  • Organise workload to meet set objectives and KPI's
You will need to have a good eye god detail along with strong computer skill and customer service/administration experience.
