Description
Our client is seeeking a Service Desk Administraot to join their team on a permanet basis.Duties will include.
- Assist with scheduling engineers time and service visits
- Ordering spare parts required for call backs and ensuring these are delivered to site/relevant engineer for call completion
- Managing maintenance visits with both clients and engineers.
- Provide Project Managers with completion paperwork
- Creation and supply of relevant documentation where required
- Liaising with sales team to provide service work quotes where applicable
- Organise workload to meet set objectives and KPI's
