- Performs all treatments to an exceptional standard, as per the protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client's specific needs.
- Updates own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of formal training by Managers.
- Carries out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
- Ensures aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns Candidate Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work within the UK.
- Must have strong English communication skills- both written and spoken.
- HND/SVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy essential.
- Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.
- Previous experience of a role within a similar environment is preferred but not essential Benefits Include
