The Role:

You will be joining Prudential's highly respected and market leading Intermediated Distribution team to work with advisers in your region.

Prudential is as part of M&G plc and is continuing its journey to become a dynamic, digital and highly competitive provider.

We are already very successful in our chosen markets and have ambitious plans for the future.

As a Hybrid Account Manager you will work remotely and deliver on sales revenue targets through the distribution of Prudential products to regional adviser firms.

Contact will be predominantly via phone and digital presentations and face to face meetings willbe encouraged as sales relationships develop.

We are keen to consider a range of transferable experience and diverse skillsets for this role for those looking to further their career in intermediated distribution.

It is essential for you to have achieved the Level 4 diploma.

Key Responsibilities for this role:


  • To deliver your sales revenue target through a combination of activities, predominantly via phone and digital meetings with the ability to offer advisers face to face meetings where appropriate.
  • Successful promotion of Pru life and pension wrappers and oeic proposition
  • Funds under management and adviser support retention
  • Take all reasonable steps to make sure your business area fulfils its external regulatory, legal and industry obligations

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Relevant professional qualification achieved or close to completing (CII/PFS Level 4 Qualified or equivalent as a minimum)
  • Several years of experience in Intermediated Distribution
  • Previous experience working for a Life Co/Asset manager
  • Experience of regulated sales environments
  • Working knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals on the same field
  • Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
  • Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
