UX / UI Designer (m/f/d)

Join our full-time team in the Constructionand Environment business unit in Herten in the heart of the Ruhrarea - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal ITsolutions

This will be your job...

• You look at technical processesfrom the user's perspective, conceptualize and design workflows anddesign and verify prototypes
• You cover thehuman-centered design process from context of use analysis to theconception and implementation of usability tests
• You are part of developing the next generation ofsoftware
• You work very closely with productowners, product managers and software developers from the teams
• You are in direct contact with our customersand users to collect and analyze usage requirements
• You build up our UX guild together with UI-savvysoftware developers and UX experts from other teams

This is what we want...

• You have a degree in software development ormedia and communication design, ideally with a focus on userinterface, human-centered design or comparable training
• You are an empathetic and communicative team player
• You have several years of professionalexperience in the field of software development as a userexperience designer, interaction designer or similar professionalexperience
• You are proficient in common UXmethods and have already dealt with the topic of accessibility
• You have a very good understanding ofbusiness processes and technical systems
