This is an exciting opportunity to join Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) UK, as a Pensions Calculations Specialist within the Business Solutions function in TAS Technology.

As a Pensions Calculations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Pension Administration team, ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of pension benefits for our clients.

You will work closely with actuaries, consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support to our clients.

The majority of our colleagues work in a" hybrid" style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role, and clients.

Our flexibility is rooted in trust and "hybrid" is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Analyzing business requirements, Trust Deed and Rules and other scheme documentation and planning an appropriate software solution with a focus on accuracy, build efficiency and maintainability.

Foster a culture of quality and instill behavior required for success.
Providing an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the WTW brand.

Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and single team culture to increase end to end automation efficiencies and results.

Background in UK occupational pensions.
Defined Benefit Knowledge, including historical knowledge of UK Pensions Legislation.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on virtual teams.
Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
