Description

Our client is on the lookout for a new Flood Modeller to join their Chelmsford office. They are an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering and environment consultancy based across the UK.

Working hours:

As a Flood Modeller, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Work from home is potentially an option.

Our client is offering the successful Flood Modeller:

Salaries up to £55,000 (Experience-dependent)

To be considered for the role you must have:

Consultancy practices experience
BSc, MSc, BEng, Meng or an equivalent degree
Experience working in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, energy etc
Ideally ability to use GIS and CAD packages

As a Flood Modeller your role will involve:

Attend site to carry out / assist with surveys
Attend meetings with clients
Prepare and design appraisals
Resolving technical modelling issues on projects and advancing our technical expertise
Producing flood risk assessments
Support the preparation of projects/bids/ fee estimates
