Our client, based in
Warwickshire , is currently recruiting for an
Accounts Assistanton a
permanent contract.

The position offers
study support,
hybrid working and is due to start immediately on a full time basis.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of the Finance team
  • Take ownership of the general, purchase and sales ledgers and assist with monthend processes
  • Operate and reconcile the petty cash levels and report any discrepancies
  • Maintain all customer and supplier records including, but not limited to, setting up new records and carrying out due diligence checks
  • Raise all invoices in a timely manner and ensure debtors are chased on a regular basis
  • Process direct debit claims including, but not limited to nursery fees, gym membership payments, course fee instalments and outstanding debts

Experience required:


  • Experience in an accounts / finance office environment
  • VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Confident and happy to work with multiple stakeholders
