Description
Our client, based in North London, is currently recruiting for a
Learning and Development Business Partneron a permanent basis.

Our client is a charitable housing association driven by social objectives to make a positive impact on the places they work in, for the long-term.


The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis and is able to offer three days working from home per week.

The salary is £45,086 per annum.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Partner with the wider business to align development strategies and initiatives with business needs
  • Create and shape leadership and management programmes and design and implement strategic and tactical innovative development initiatives that are accessible across the organisation
  • Analyse and assess current and future training needs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide expert advice, guidance and support on the L&D strategy and initiatives
  • Deliver and lead on training, offering advice and coaching where necessary
  • Lead on procurement for learning and development providers as well as measuring the ROI for L&D providers and initiatives

Experience required:


  • Two years minimum within L&D
  • CIPD qualification (Desirable)
  • Course content creation

  • 35 hours per week
