Job Description

We are looking for an Orders Administrator for our office in Tewkesbury to fit into a dynamic and fast-growing environment that will be trained and coached by our experienced team. Reporting to the Office Supervisor and working alongside a small administration and commercial team, in this role the key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluation of proposals for entering customers and terms of sale, with the support of IT tools.
• Order entry.
• Support the sales force in relation to any disputes and unsettled invoices.
• Management of relationships with carriers and suppliers. Manage the shipping, orders receiving and delivering issues
• Sending reminders to customers and possible preparation of documentation for legal action.
• Pre and post-sale telephone support to customers.
• Payment and petty cash management.
• Archive management.
• Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the company's reputation by presenting new ideas and implementing change when requested to do so.

Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator or logistic experience would be highly advantageous due to the nature of the role but we are very open to considering candidates with administration/customer-facing experience looking to undertake a new challenge in their career.

Overall key skills will include excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer care skills, and a good administration ability, coupled with residence near Tewkesbury.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
