Monitor community sentiment, trends, and discussions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Organize and host community events, contests, and tournaments to foster a sense of community and engagement among our players.

Track and analyse metrics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Previous experience working as a Community Manager or similar role within the video game industry, with a proven track record of success.

Experience working on early-access games is highly desirable.
Proficiency in managing and engaging communities on platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, livestreams, and blog posts.
Familiarity with video recording and editing tools/software, with the ability to produce and edit content independently.
Opportunity to work on an exciting early-access game and make a significant impact on its success.
Competitive salary and benefits package, including private health insurance, and more.
Flexible work hours and remote work options available.
Access to cutting-edge technology and resources to support your professional growth and development.
If you're passionate about gaming and ready to take on the challenge of being the voice and face of our game, we want to hear from you bonus points if you do this via a video instead
