    Description
    The role of Estate Technician will include:
  • Undertaking grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, pruning, weed/moss treatment
  • Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
  • Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
  • Skills and experiences:

  • A pesticide application certificate PA1 – PA6 or equivalent would be desirable
  • Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
  • Complying with health and safety requirements in accordance with supplier guidelines and assessments
  • Previous experience in working with Housing Associations would be an advantageous, but not essential
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
