About Us:
Join our dedicated team within the National Permitting Service (NPS) as we work to determine the necessary environmental permits for activities that have the potential to pollute the air, water, or land, increase flood risk, or impact land drainage.

Incident Response:

You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident.
This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.

Essential:
- Strong customer service focus
- Data entry / inputting skills
- Ability to work independently, managing your own workload
Desirable:
- English GCSE pass (grade C/4 or equivalent)
- Goaloriented mindset with the ability to work in a targetdriven environment to meet both team and personal objectives
- First class communication skills, written & verbal with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable identifying and escalating any issues through the correct channels
