    As the Head of Sales and Operations, you will drive the sales and success of this travel company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

    Playing a key role in the success of the business, you will be a natural and inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivery.

    Your key objective will be to deliver a strategy through a rounded, responsive approach to achieve business targets, maximise sales revenue, optimise ROI, improve conversion, service levels and increase market share.

    You will be knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic. An energetic operator with a proven track record of success within Tour Operations is required to power the next phase of this companies growth. This is an exciting and challenging job which demands a natural leader with a drive to improve operational success at all levels. We are looking for a loyal, persuasive and inspirational leader capable of motivating a sales team.

    Job requirements

    • At least 5 years in a similar role in worldwide travel sales
    • Experience in creating sales strategies that deliver growth
    • Strong analytical and project management skills essential
    • Experience in reporting and presenting to board members
    • A proven track record of leading a high performing sales team
    • Outstanding commercial acumen and business skills
    • Travel industry, sales, leadership experience
