About the role This is a service that supports individuals at risk of homelessness offering lifeline outreach aims to empower service users and improve their life skills and foster ultimate aim is to help them transition into independent living and off the the Outreach Service manager, your duties will include managing the services performance, using your leadership skills in influence and will have 5 direct reports who looks after accommodation will be involved in meeting with commissioners presenting what your service offers to create awareness, carrying out staff reviews, budget control, training and recruitment Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required You need a good understanding of rough sleeping and have worked with people who have been socially excluded with complex social will have management a caseload of clients and worked in a similar setting If this Outreach Service Manager role looks of interest, please click apply.
