    Executive Assistant

    Colchester

    £40k-£45k per annum


    Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing both personal and business matters, as well as assisting with the administration of their Estate.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and varied role, with the chance to work closely with the Estate Owner.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Willingness to work at least 1 day a week in London.
    Act as a personal assistant to the Estate Owner, offering high-level support.

    Manage a variety of administrative tasks related to properties in the UK and abroad, including property management and construction projects.

    Oversee travel arrangements and entertainment planning.
    Spend 4 days a week based at the estate office, whilst also handling personal administrative tasks during that time.

    Ideally, this candidate will reside locally and be seeking a high-powered role that does not require full-time presence in London but with the flexibility to spend 1 day per week in London.


    Candidate Requirements:
    We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualities:

    Likable and compatible personality to work closely with the Estate Owner.
    Competent in high-level administrative tasks.
    Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
    Flexibility to handle various responsibilities and tasks.


    Estate Work Responsibilities:
    Pay and code bills using Xero accounting software.

    Address enquiries and issues from residential tenants, coordinating with the estate builder and obtaining quotes from local tradesmen for maintenance and repairs across 15 properties.

    Meet and vet potential new tenants.
    Regularly liaise with the Estate staff, including the Housekeeper, Gamekeeper, Builder, Gardener and Woodman.
    Manage utility-related matters for the house and the estate.
