Account Handler - SME Insurance Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 plus additional OTE**
Summary of the role:
- These are permanent roles.
- We are based in Brierley Hill with plenty of access to transport links and free onsite parking.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am5pm.
- Salary is £25,000 to £30,000 + OTE.
- We have an ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be assisting in the renewal process, gathering information and documentation for existing customers concerning renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of personal lines experience.
- Excellent rapportbuilding and communication skills.
- Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
- Upselling skills.
