Account Handler - SME Insurance Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 plus additional OTE**
Summary of the role:

These are permanent roles.
We are based in Brierley Hill with plenty of access to transport links and free onsite parking.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am5pm.
Salary is £25,000 to £30,000 + OTE.
We have an ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will be assisting in the renewal process, gathering information and documentation for existing customers concerning renewals and mid-term adjustments.

You will follow up on new and existing renewal business quotations as well as identify alternative quotes for customers. You will regularly liaise with third-party insurers, and ensure all data is accurately recorded into the system.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

1-2 years of personal lines experience.
Excellent rapportbuilding and communication skills.
Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
Upselling skills.
