Account Handler - SME Insurance Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 plus additional OTE**
Summary of the role:
  • These are permanent roles.
  • We are based in Brierley Hill with plenty of access to transport links and free onsite parking.
  • Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am5pm.
  • Salary is £25,000 to £30,000 + OTE.
  • We have an ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.

What you'll be doing:


In this role, you will be assisting in the renewal process, gathering information and documentation for existing customers concerning renewals and mid-term adjustments.

You will follow up on new and existing renewal business quotations as well as identify alternative quotes for customers. You will regularly liaise with third-party insurers, and ensure all data is accurately recorded into the system.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of personal lines experience.
  • Excellent rapportbuilding and communication skills.
  • Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Upselling skills.
