    Sales Executive (Hybrid) UK

    As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding quotas, generating new pipeline opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company in the UK and Ireland.

    Develop and execute a sales strategy harmonized with regional solutions and service objectives, ensuring a comprehensive approach for effective market penetration.

    Identify, nurture, and successfully convert large and complex deals, managing all phases of the sales cycle, from initial processes to workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

    Collaborate with sales teams and other business functions, playing a pivotal role in supporting overall growth.

    Actively participate in key conferences and trade shows to cultivate new business, enhance industry presence, and maintain alignment with existing partners.

    Proactively identify and pursue emerging market trends, staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and customer-centric solutions.

    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and technological advancements to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

    Utilize data-driven insights to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments to achieve and exceed targets.

    Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business through exceptional service and support.
    This position involves a commitment to travel as needed to fulfil job responsibilities.

    Minimum of 10 years experience in business development and/or direct sales, focusing on complex solution selling.

    Demonstrated history of continuous sales development, consistently generating new pipeline opportunities, and adeptly managing relationships across all stages of the sales cycle.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and high motivation to achieve sales goals.
    Commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including recognizing and adjusting priorities as required.
    Experience selling to mid- and large enterprises within financial- and insurance services
    Business tech and/or sales development skills.

    Strong sales, business development, technical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to be adaptive and effective in a quickly changing, fast-paced environment.

    Willingness to travel for key customer engagements, workshops, and events as needed. Ability to travel to other company offices in EMEA for sales meetings when required.
