We've a new opportunity for a full time Outpatient Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient team at our Emerson's Green Hospital in Bristol.
We work in partnership with the NHS, delivering scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. Main duties of the job
You'll be a vital member of the outpatient team. You will be providing clinical and non-clinical support to patients within the Unit, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team.
You will also provide professional administration and reception tasks, while supporting the clinical team within the unit under the direction of a professionally qualified worker.
The role involves direct contact with patients and their families and therefore you need to be empathetic, friendly and have with good interpersonal skills as well as;
