We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Lubricants team at Certas Energy based at our Warrington Head Office.


Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.


Were looking for:


  • Customer Service Experience in similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer focused
  • Good IT skills (efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • High degree of selfmotivation
  • Friendly telephone manner
