    Our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Partnerships Director to join their team and lead their efforts in securing strategic partnerships for their roster of YouTubers and gaming talent.

    This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering brand collaborations, and building strong relationships with brands and agencies.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, a proven track record of securing partnerships, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy aligned with the agency's goals and objectives, focusing on securing strategic partnerships and collaborations for our roster of YouTubers and gaming talent.

    Identify and prioritize potential brand partners, agencies, and sponsors that align with the interests, values, and audience demographics of our talent.

    Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand partners, agencies, and sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries, negotiations, and activations.

    Bring at least 1-2 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or related roles within the digital media or entertainment industry, with a focus on YouTube and gaming talent.

    Proven track record of securing strategic brand partnerships and driving revenue growth.
    Strong network of contacts within the brand marketing, advertising, and agency communities.
