- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualified technician or equivalent experience
- Experience with MAN trucks and ManCats diagnostics preferred but not essential
- Valid driving license essential; HGV Class 2 License preferred but not essential
- CSCS Card required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Proven experience working on and repairing HGVs
- Ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, innovative, and creative approach towards problem-solving
- Strong team player with effective communication skills at all levels
- HGV licence
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of vehicle inspection standards and scheduled maintenance requirements
- Maintain vehicles and conduct inspections to MOT standard
- Undertake general repairs and offsite breakdowns of our fleet of vehicles
- Carry out diagnostic tests on vehicles
- Perform periodic safety inspections to VOSA standards
- Complete all paperwork required for the role in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with all colleagues
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping
- Uphold excellent Health and Safety standards
- Monday – Friday 8-5pm + some overtime opportunities, Saturday 8-12 (overtime),
