We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator who can help us recruit, train and manage our volunteers effectively and ensure they have a rewarding and enjoyable experience with us.

This is a very important role that will have a direct impact on our ability to make a difference in the lives of many people.

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing a volunteer recruitment strategy that attracts and retains diverse and skilled volunteers.
Creating and updating volunteer role descriptions, policies and procedures.
Organising and delivering volunteer induction, training and support.
Maintaining regular communication with volunteers and providing feedback and recognition.
Monitoring and evaluating volunteer performance and impact.
Working closely with our team to ensure alignment and coordination.

You will have the opportunity to:

The time commitment for this role is flexible, depending on your availability and the number of volunteers we have.

You can work from home or from our office, depending on your preference, however recruitment events, training and meetings will need to take place at our office or at one of our meet up spots in London.
