An exciting opportunity has become available for an Advanced Neonatal Lead Practitioner to work within our neonatal service (SCBU).

Within this role you will encompass the four elements of advance practice to act as a role model and provide leadership for the advanced practitioners and nursing staff; ensuring open and honest communication is maintained between all members and across all levels of the team. There will be a responsibility to support the continual development of the local neonatal service taking guidance from local and national initiatives.
