Our iNTERNATIONAL client has firm roots in the technology sector with the focus of their business on CRM.

Their customer base varies from small emerging businesses to major international groups and covers a range of industry sectors.

The company work with their clients to build a solution which enhances existing processes and improves sales or customer serviceperformance.


Role Overview:


Training:
You will join this firm spending time with each area, understanding the service, products and client base.

You will be supported by a talented team of business consultants who will support every step of your development in thebusiness.


Project Management
Deliver new customer implementations and projects for existing customers based on agreed scope and purchased time. Ensure clear pre-sales handover, agree the business objectives and timescales with the customer. Configure the CRM system including mappingof business processes & data requirements. Provide training to customers and demonstrate a good level of knowledge.

Follow the agreed project management process, monitor projects and provide regular updates to the client.

You will deliver projects using a variety of resources on a face to face or remote basis.


Client Relationship Management
Undertake Account Management for selected customers including design of effective account plans to develop positive customer experience and success:

  • Work with clients to assess their CRM needs and requirements in order to determine the best approach.
  • Understand the customer market and business sector to provide appropriate best practice advice.
  • Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities based on customer requirements and ongoing research.
  • Provide professional quotations or proposals. Work towards agreed sales targets for revenue for existing customer business.

Customer Support


Assist with client end user and technical queries, providing solutions and advising customers who will have varying technical knowledge and skills.

Demonstrate product expertise and technical knowledge in relevant areas. es.


Sales & Marketing
Contribute to our marketing activity and keep up to date with current campaigns.


General:


  • Work closely with support, technical development, sales & marketing teams.
  • Motivated to learn new products and functionality to keep skills current.
  • Submit work reports and record time for customer and internal projects.
  • Undertake other duties which fall within the scope of the post as determined by the management team.
  • Undertake personal development and training as required.

Person Specification:


  • Degree or combined degree in a relevant discipline
  • 2 years + relevant experience
  • You will be interested in working in a consultancy focused role with B2B cloudbased CRM and marketing solutions in either a project implementation capacity or consultancy role
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the following are desirable but not essential; Microsoft Server environment, including IIS; Microsoft SQL Server; Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange; Microsoft Windows and Office, including Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with senior level decision makers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and pride in gaining high level feedback from customers who you will have assisted to deliver a successful CRM system.
  • Ability to make decisions in the moment
  • Able to work effectively on own initiative, strong time management and organisation skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake personal development and learning
  • Work in an effective manner under pressure and to deadlines
  • Own car, full driving licence, willing to travel nationwide (& possibly international valid passport)

Hours:
Core office hours: 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours/week)


Location:
Remote/hybrid/office based all offered

- travel to customer sites as required - expenses paid for business mileage
- potential to provide out of hours project services for international customers as agreed


HOLIDAY:
23 days per annum plus bank holidays which increases to 25 days after 3 years' service.
