Working hours:
Monday-Friday - 8:30 - 6pm

Looking for an experienced plumbing engineer that is used to reactive maintenance to join an expanding company.

You must be competent in using a tablet and laptop as this will be a big part of the job.

Your role will be to deliver the leak location and repair process on the back of a leak alert from the smart water alarm.

Experience

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing
At least 3 years industry experience
Water Regulations Certificate
Unvented Certificate
Plumbing installation experience
Full UK driving licence
Able to approach and resolve problems logically
Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the task in hand
Experience working with members of the public, with an ability to deal with Customers effectively
Sustained and evidenced effective performance of:

Dealing with complaints

Identify the root cause of complaints and take actions to correct that are right for both the customer and the business.
