Description

Manufacturing Filling Operative

As a Manufacturing Filling Operative, you will supply accurately manufactured products in accordance with production schedules, whilst providing a high level of service to internal departments to meet our customers' demands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.
Adhere to production planning schedules.
Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safeworking practices at all times and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.
Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Provide a high level of service to internal customers.
Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.
Ensure rework is scheduled in accordance with procedures written in B.S.EN.ISO9001 manuals.
Ensure the hygiene plan is adhered to and that sterilisation of tanks is completed weekly.

Qualifications

Numerate and literate
Valid Forklift Truck Licence.
Ability to manually handle large amounts of raw materials (up to 25kg).
Skills to operate lifting equipment.
