    Job Description
    The Program Manager is the primary interface between OEM customers and WCA OEM. The PM handles all aspects
    of the relationship, including quoting, orders, managing inventory, and working with vendors. The PM will also
    interface with the internal production, finance, product development, and production engineering teams.
    Responsibilities

    • Manage customer forecasts
    • Manage material according to lead time and forecasts
      • Order material from vendors
      • Manage product transition, both from a logistical and technical perspective
      • Manage customer engineering change orders, product change notices
    • Process orders for customers
      • Includes handling documentation and process for international shipments/fulfillment
      • Process customer-specific portal or other requirements to acknowledge/confirm orders and
        shipments
    • Responsible for onboarding process for new customers
      • Establishment of all processes and recording of information to enable smooth customer onboard
        experience
    • Day to Day communications with customers
      • E-mail, phone, video conference, conference calls, etc., with customer to achieve desired goals and
        objectives
    • Quoting and new customer activities
      • Work with Account Executive(s) to provide quotes and information to prospective customers
      • Interface with vendor/partners for production and price information
    • Responsible for timely payments from OEM customers in accordance with payment terms
      • Provide account statement to customers, as required
      • Work with finance department to resolve any account discrepancies
    • Cooperate with Customer Service Department in managing all customer returns
      • Ensure all product return information is communicated to customer
    • Manage all evaluation and "try/buy" units
      • Ensure product is delivered to customer and meets their needs
      • Confirm products' timely return to WCA/vendor as part of evaluation cycle

    Qualifications

    • Great attention to detail and pride in accuracy
    • Superior communication skills
    • Understanding of x86 technologies, server technologies, storage devices and subsystems
    • Knowledge of Dell desktop, server, and storage products a plus
    • Previous account management, OEM, and/or sales experience a plus
    • Self-motivated, works independently with minimal day to day supervision
    • Work in a team environment
    • Able to multi-task
    • Must be able to pass a background check (signed release needed)
    • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

    Salary & Benefits
    WCA offers competitive pay rates based on experience and ability. Full time positions include health insurance,
    dental insurance, paid vacation and personal time, holiday pay, 401K with company match, and long-term
    disability.

    Location: Southwick, MA (WCA Headquarters) Hybrid schedule available
    Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, additional hours as required to complete tasks. Some travel required, including overnight travel (rare)
