- Minimum 2 Years Children's Residential Care experience or previous experience as Team Leader
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to communication information.
- Must be able to develop individuals to improve their knowledge & skill set.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or similar)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Salary is a minimum of £28,500 - £29,500, Performance Related Pay (PRP), sleep in's form part of the contract and these are paid at £80 per sleep in.
