    Registered Nurse Position in Colliers Wood, London

    An incredible opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a top-notch nursing home in Colliers Wood, London. This facility offers residential care, nursing care, and specialized dementia care in a cozy, welcoming setting. The staff is highly trained and devoted to providing personalized care to each resident and their family.

    Requirements for the role:

    • Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin

    Main responsibilities as a Nurse:

    • Assess residents' needs and wishes to deliver quality care
    • Update care plans to meet clients' changing needs
    • Communicate professionally with visitors
    • Adhere to legal and best practice guidelines
    • Administer medicines safely
    • Supervise and support staff to uphold high nursing standards
    • Ensure team's skills meet business requirements

    Preferred skills and experience:

    • Good Nursing Experience
    • Excellent Clinical Skills
    • Ability to write Care Plans
    • Empathy and warmth towards patients
    • Capability to perform various nursing tasks
    • Positive attitude

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Hourly Rate: £20.00
    • Annual Salary: Up to £45,760
