    The role:


    Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Development Associate 2-5 years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Bristol.

    This highly regarded Residential Development team is looking to welcome an additional Associate into their ranks.

    They have a diverse client base of regional and national house builders, residential developers and landowners - including providers of affordable housing, student accommodation and retirement housing – making for an interesting diet of work.

    They are seeking someone who has prior experience acting for developers and landowners with acquisitions and disposals of residential property and affordable housing, as well as a wide range of matters linked to development work such as overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements and tenancies.

    The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.
