This is a full-time on-site role located in Norwich for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement. They will analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing or relevant field are a plus
