We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. Your role will involve interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer concerns or issues promptly

Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
  • Ability to upsell products and services to increase revenue
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
  • Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
  • Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued in this role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,212.47 per year
