    • Produce and manage construction programmes of various levels of complexity

    Key Positions:

    1 General Management:

    • Support the Construction team in the delivery of construction projects
    • Ensure production of accurate reports as required by the Senior Management 2 Delivery:
    • Produce logic linked construction programmes with construction team at a level of detail appropriate to the needs of the project
    • Monitor contract progress and record delays
    • Produce completion programmes with construction team and any other short term programmes requested
    • Assist with management of subcontractors through production of trade filters, short term programmes or resource scheduling

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Asta and MS Office
    • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline preferred
    • Proven track record employed as a Planner ideally within construction
    • Good communication skills
    • Monitoring and reporting progress on a regular basis, keeping records and analysing the impact of progress
    • The production of logistic and sequencing diagrams in liaison with the project team
    • The production of clear and concise statements describing the programme strategy and construction methodology
