Description

We are looking for a Data Analytics leader who is passionate about data, highly organized, analytical, and can coach and develop a high-performing team.

This role involves leading cross-functional projects, building a data community, managing a high-performing team of data analysts and modeling specialists, and providing support to a large and evolving FP&A organization with increasingly complex data and analytics requirements.

The FP&A team is a hardworking and collaborative team with a mix of technology industry, consulting and financial services background.

We work closely with business leaders across multiple functions including product, GTM and finance to support the Company's continued growth.

10+ years of BI & Data experience, with experience partnering with Data Engineering to source and stage data.
Experience scaling and developing a team of data scientists, with individual contributors to group manager-level direct reports.
Prior demonstrated experience working in and reviewing code in SQL and at least one other data science programming language (e.e. Python, R).

Extensive track record of influencing business strategy and driving change across organizational boundaries through clear and compelling communication of data-driven insights and analyses.

Exposure to working with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) and finance ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)
Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
A degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related analytical field
