Senior MBA Engagement Manager

£45,000 - £50,700 & Excellent benefits, including 19.2% company pension contribution.

Bedfordshire - hybrid working (2 days in the office)

We're working in partnership with one of the most established and prestigious business schools in the UK. They are looking for a Senior MBA Engagement Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created position, and a fantastic opportunity for you to take ownership of something and really add value as it's a blank canvass

The Full-time MBA (FTMBA) is at the heart of the Business Schools portfolio.

Often referred to as their 'flagship' course, the FULL-TIME MBA has unrivalled heritage and an impressive alumni network (ranked #1 in the world), which has established them amongstmany of the prestigious business schools in this space.

This is a senior strategic non-academic role, newly created to boost their market position and experience.

You will work closely alongside their valued team including Full-time MBA Course Director, Alumni Relations Team, Career Development Team, StudentExperience Team and of course their current students and alumni.

If you have business school experience and you're passionate about engagement and networking, this could be the perfect role for you.

Some of your duties will include:

Develop, implement, and own internal approach and changes needed for top 50 ranked status across target rankings providers by 202
Engagement and Networking
Alumni, MBA students and senior stakeholders
Work with and support various internal departments with MBA Events and Promotions
Support the Head of Careers and Head of Partnerships in developing additional initiatives to drive increased student experience and ranking criteria contributing to career metrics.
