As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of residential property sales and purchases.

You will be responsible for a wide range of conveyancing tasks, supporting Solicitors and staff in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Manage and organise legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
• Be involved with all stages of the transactions from opening files through to finalising lenders requirements.
• Submit LBTT Returns using the Registers of Scotland online system.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, lenders and estate agents.

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Experience in submitting LBTT Returns
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to prioritise tasks work to deadlines
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
