    An opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, innovative individual to join Leeds Teaching Hospitals on a secondment basis for maximum 12 months.

    As the Assistant Director in the Chief Executives Office working directly to the Chief Executive and closely with other members of the Executive Team you will be responsible for ensuring actions assigned to the Chief Executive are taken forward by engaging and working with teams from across the Trust and partners across the wider health and social care system and will have agreed delegated responsibilities in strategy development and policy initiatives, particularly focussed on integrated partnership working and tackling health inequities.

    Qualifications:
    Degree and post graduate diploma in relevant subject or equivalent experience
    Extensive experience of working at a senior level in a large and complex organisation
    Experience in the preparation of general correspondence and management reports
    Understanding of project management including PRINCE 2 methodology
