    This Lettings Valuer role holds immense promise, so we're seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise in client/landlord management, understand of the entire lettings process, and be confident in guiding others through these intricacies. Being the Lettings Valuer, you will be pivotal in our expansion efforts and reinforcing our position as the top choice in Brentford.     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Arranging and carrying out Market Appraisals.
    • Continuously sourcing new business opportunities.
    • Knowledge of new builds and the completions process.
    • Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and Lettings legislations.

    Person Attributes and Requirements

    • Previous experience in client/landlord management.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the entire lettings process.
    • Confidence in independent work and innovative strategies for sourcing business.
    • Thorough knowledge of legislation and compliance.
    • ARLA Qualified (desirable)
    • Strong negotiation abilities.
    • Driving Licence (essential)
