    The Natural Doctor clinic on Harley Street is offering an exciting Breast Thermography Scan Technician/Administrative Assistant vacancy for a professional with an interest in natural medicine Please be advised that we are looking for our new candidate to start immediately and this position is a maternity cover (1-3 days per week until Feb 2025)

    We are looking for a customer-focused and goal-orientated individual to join our patient support team. We are looking for a driven individual who can work well under pressure, and be personable with clients. We are pioneers in breast thermography and we will provide training to become a full breast scan technician. Good telephone manner is essential. Fluent written and spoken English is important to us. The post also involves full patient support ranging from answering telephone and email queries to ordering and supplying clients with supplements/prescriptions.     Key responsibilities:

    Breast thermography scanning

    Patient support (answering emails, and phone calls)

    Booking appointments

    Updating patient files

    Passing on patient queries to the doctor

    Ordering medication/supplements

    Stock check

    Assisting practice manager

    You MUST have the following skills/experience -


    • You should be a motivated self-starter, a quick learner, and someone who isn't afraid of a challenge


    • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles


    • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical environment


    • Excellent verbal and written communication with first-rate attention to detail


    • Clerical and administrative experience using computers including a working knowledge of simple database applications, word, excel, and email. Good typing speed.


    • Post-secondary education will be advantageous


    • A focus on good problem-solving skills


    • Excellent organisational skills

    Salary - 25,000 pro-rata

    Working hours: Mon-Tuesday/Wednesday 8.30/9-5.30

    Generous monthly bonus after passing the probation period (based on the clinic's performance)

    Paid overtime hours

    Extra holidays over Christmas holidays when the clinic is closed
